About Us

WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT

We are Systems Engineers and are among the first to take a Systems Engineering approach to the integration of OSS policy and process within the organization. This results in an efficient, holistic process implementation, rather than iterative fixes that follow serial failures.

Our team has over 20 years of extensive background in the global automotive industry – one of the most complex supply-chains in the world. Despite this complexity, we succeeded in the implementation of a globally-efficient, centralized process and system for managing OSS use and compliance at some of the largest automotive OEMs and suppliers.

“The automotive industry has one of the most intricate and complex supply chains in existence,” says Russ Eling, CEO and Founder, “Despite these challenges, we were able to implement a simplified process and unified system to bring it all together. We developed a method that simplifies complexities and mitigates risk, and we look forward to helping other organizations that face similar challenges, regardless of their industry.”

As open-source use continues to increase, effective and efficient management of OSS risk is increasingly important. Enabling developers and managing risk shouldn’t be conflicting goals. As Systems Engineers, we can holistically integrate policies, simplified processes, and automated solutions to identify, manage, and secure your open source.

Our goal is to increase your developer’s efficiency and productivity through a more expedient compliance process, reduce risk, and create an environment built on compliance best practices.

The systems engineer is skilled in the art and science of balancing organizational, cost, and technical interactions in complex systems.
